Product Manager - search and discovery (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Iron Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
