Product Manager - search and discovery (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Basin Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around El Paso, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
