Product Manager - search and discovery (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Willow Pharma Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around batch records and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
