Product Manager - search and discovery (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in El Paso. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
