Product Manager - search and discovery (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in El Paso with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
