Product Manager - search and discovery (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in El Paso, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
