Product Manager - search and discovery (El Paso, TX)

Westbrook Timber Insurance is an insurance company in El Paso with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
