Product Manager - search and discovery (Detroit, MI)

Cedar Birch Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
