Product Manager - search and discovery (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Granite Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting.
