Product Manager - search and discovery (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Harbor Care Services supports families and individuals in Denver with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
