Product Manager - search and discovery (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Drift Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
