Product Manager - search and discovery (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Field Financial Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around vendor spend and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
