Product Manager - search and discovery (Columbus, OH)

Amberfield Rowan Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
