Product Manager - search and discovery (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Field Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 497 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with batch records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
