Product Manager - search and discovery (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ember Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
