Product Manager - search and discovery (Columbus, OH)

Silverline Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Columbus. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
