Product Manager - search and discovery (Columbus, OH)

Stonegate Juniper Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting.
