Product Manager - search and discovery (Colorado Springs, CO)

Stonegate Ridge Medical Group is a Colorado Springs company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
