Product Manager - search and discovery (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Kestrel Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 864 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
