Product Manager - search and discovery (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Timber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Colorado Springs producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
