Product Manager - search and discovery (Colorado Springs, CO)

Westbrook Field Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around loan applications and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting.
