Product Manager - search and discovery (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cedar Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 827 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
