Product Manager - search and discovery (Cincinnati, OH)

Fernwood Vista Markets serves neighbourhoods around Cincinnati with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
