Product Manager - search and discovery (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Stone Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
