Product Manager - search and discovery (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark North Financial is a financial-services company in Chicago, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
