Product Manager - search and discovery (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Maple Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
