Product Manager - search and discovery (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Stone Care Services supports families and individuals in Charleston with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
