Product Manager - search and discovery (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Pike Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charleston. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
