Product Manager - search and discovery (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bright Haven Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
