Product Manager - search and discovery (Boston, MA)

Lumen Pine Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boston producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
