Product Manager - search and discovery (Boston, MA)

Bright Cobalt Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Boston producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
