Product Manager - search and discovery (Boston, MA)

Cedar Orchard Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Boston, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
