Product Manager - search and discovery (Birmingham, AL)

Bluepeak Union Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Birmingham, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
