Product Manager - search and discovery (Birmingham, AL)

Harborlight Loom Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Birmingham producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
