Product Manager - search and discovery (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Nova Summit Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
