Product Manager - search and discovery (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Haven Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Baltimore. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
