Product Manager - search and discovery (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Vale Medical designs and makes medical devices in Baltimore. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory submissions and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with regulatory submissions or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
