Product Manager - search and discovery (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Meridian Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
