Product Manager - search and discovery (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Union Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Austin. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around card disputes and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
