Product Manager - search and discovery (Austin, TX)

Northwind Summit Insurance is an insurance company in Austin with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Austin. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
