Product Manager - search and discovery (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
