Product Manager - partner integrations (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Wichita serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on partner integrations. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around deposit accounts and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
