Product Manager - partner integrations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Silverline Haven Medical Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 732 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
