Product Manager - partner integrations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Cedar Ember Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Virginia Beach, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around clinical studies and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
