Product Manager - partner integrations (Tampa, FL)

Nova Rook Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 385 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
