Product Manager - partner integrations (St. Louis, MO)

Bright Fern Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around St. Louis, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
