Product Manager - partner integrations (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Maple Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting.
