Product Manager - partner integrations (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Loom Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Spokane, and we need a Product Manager to lead our partner integrations. You would join a large organisation of about 392 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
