Product Manager - partner integrations (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Wilder Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on partner integrations for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 340 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting.
