Product Manager - partner integrations (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Bright Financial Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be partner integrations. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting.
